NDIS cleaning rates in Perth (from 1 July 2026)
One simple hourly rate, set at the NDIS price limit. No minimum booking — book the hours your plan allows.

Budget category: Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life. $60.10 per hour is the NDIA’s maximum price for this support item in the Perth metro area from 1 July 2026, so plan-managed participants can claim the full amount. Self-managed or plan-managed NDIS cleaning
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Here’s how payment works for each.

If cleaning isn’t in your plan yet, raise it at your next plan review. If your needs have changed, you can ask the NDIA for a plan reassessment — explain why cleaning help is reasonable and necessary for you (a support letter from your OT or GP helps).

Every invoice includes what plan managers and the NDIA need to process a claim:

What NDIS cleaning funding usually doesn’t cover
NDIS cleaning is for everyday household tasks. These jobs generally aren’t funded as Assistance with Daily Life — check with your plan manager if you’re unsure:
- Bond, vacate or end-of-lease cleans
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Mould removal or remediation
- Outside windows and other outdoor work
- Home maintenance and repairs
- Biohazard cleaning
